By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to the following terms:
Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may change depending on the condition, size, and scope of the project.
Deposits
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment date and time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments due to lack of access may be subject to fees.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, electronic payment, and approved invoicing.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.
Liability
Tidy Transformations LLC is fully insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty installations or unsecured items.
