Return & Refund Policy

Tidy Transformations LLC provides professional cleaning services. Due to the nature of our services, completed cleaning services are generally non-refundable.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

We may, at our discretion, return to address reasonable concerns at no additional charge.

Deposits

Deposits made to reserve appointments are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty when at least 24 hours notice is provided.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

No Shows

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to charges.

Refund Requests

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is solely at the discretion of Tidy Transformations LLC.

Service Limitations

We cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains, damage, mold, excessive clutter, pest-related conditions, or issues beyond normal cleaning services.
